External Anthropic SDK reference material — for writing user code that targets api.anthropic.com. NOT used for my-agent's own local LLM (llama.cpp) path. TRIGGER when: user asks how to use Anthropic SDK / Claude API in their own application. DO NOT TRIGGER when: code imports openai/other AI SDK, general programming, ML/data-science tasks, or anything related to my-agent's internal llamacpp adapter.
