Universal asking skill, two modes. Bare `/ask` (no arguments — primary mode) drains an anchor: agent self-resolves what it can (drive-mode-calibrated), writes a three-section `{NAME} ask.md` (Agent Resolutions / User Verifications / Questions), glances it, surfaces 1–3 items in console, iterates idempotently. Parented `/ask` (with `--doc` and/or explicit questions — secondary mode) parks individual questions on a feature doc or the anchor's à la carte facet `{NAME} Questions.md`. Both modes regenerate `{NAME} Triage.md` and the anchor's section in `~/ob/kmr/Q.md`. Slash-only — "ask" is too common a spoken word to be a DMUX prefix-trigger.
