Agent-based Android app builder. Uses a multi-agent iterative pipeline (Architect, Builders, Inspector, QA Lead, Guardian) to build an Android app from existing assets or specs, with autonomous planning, parallel execution, critic-driven review, and APK bundling. Only use this skill when the user explicitly invokes it by name ("mobile-app-builder") or asks for "agent-based Android app building". Do NOT trigger on general mobile dev questions, simple code help, or casual mentions of Android. The user must clearly want the full orchestrated build pipeline.
