Use for resource groups, management groups and policies (via azurerm or azapi where needed), networking (vnet, subnets, private endpoints), Azure Kubernetes Service, Linux/Windows Functions, Storage Accounts with immutability and encryption, Key Vault access policies vs RBAC, Monitor diagnostics, and landing zone integration. Depth comparable to terraform-aws for Azure-first workloads.
